Peter Clarke is the author of the comic novels Politicians Are Superheroes (Pski's Porch Publishing, 2018), The Singularity Survival Guide (Logos Literature, 2019), One Night as an Urban Legend (Anxiety Press, 2025), and the story collection Before the Giant Anteater (Anxiety Press, 2024). His short fiction has appeared in over 50 literary journals and his nonfiction has appeared in publications including Merion West, Quillette, The Humanist, The American Spectator, and Free Inquiry Magazine.
Peter is the founder and editor-in-chief of Jokes Literary Review and is host of the podcast Team Futurism. He is currently an advisor on Zoltan Istvan's campaign for California governor. Native to Port Angeles, Washington, he now lives in Sacramento, California.
